In My Own Words
I spent over 20 years with a company I genuinely loved, surrounded by people who made showing up easy. I'm grateful for every single one of those years — the friendships, the growth, the experiences. But underneath all of it, there was this quiet, persistent feeling I couldn't shake. A hole. A knowing. Like I was meant for something more, and this — as good as it was — just wasn't it.
Then came my daughter, then my son, and I stepped away to be fully present as a mom. I thought the space would hand me some big revelation. Instead, life handed me a separation, a whole lot of uncertainty, and that familiar ache of, there has to be more than this.
Turns out, that was exactly the curriculum I needed.
It was through my own hardships — the kind you don't post about — and a real, unglamorous commitment to working on myself that everything shifted. I began to heal. And somewhere in that process, I realized I wasn't just healing for me. I was being prepared to help you.
I'm a single mom who has genuinely worked through her stuff. I've studied multiple healing modalities, and I've come out the other side not just intact, but on fire with purpose. Every detour, every hard season, every moment I thought I was lost — it all made me someone who can sit with you in yours without flinching.
I'm not here to sell you a highlight reel. I'm here to meet you exactly where you are and help you remember who you actually are.

Outdoors
All experiences can be offered in my beautiful outdoor space — weather permitting.
My outdoor setting is nestled in a residential neighbourhood, which means it carries the natural rhythm of everyday life around it. Birdsong, a passing car, a neighbour's lawnmower — these are not interruptions. They are reminders that healing happens in the middle of real life, not apart from it. That said, I will always discuss the outdoor option with you ahead of time so you can choose what feels right for your experience.

Reiki with Dominique helped me lower my high blood pressure and stress in a way I honestly didn’t expect. After my session, I slept better and felt calmer. The session was deeply relaxing — gentle hand placements and guided breathing. Reiki felt like the missing piece my life needed.
I was new to Reiki and did not know what to expect. Dominique was absolutely amazing and the environment she creates is very calm and soothing. Afterwards, the people in my life said my sparkle came back. It’s been a month and I’m still sparkling! I will definitely recommend her.
I look forward to my Reiki sessions with Dominique as she uses multiple tools and techniques to melt away stressed energy stuck in my body. I particularly love the use of her sound bowls and gong to send intense sound frequencies throughout my body to my soul. I leave each session feeling lighter, calm and more grounded.
